Megunticook50 / Wicked Tough 10

50K and 10k Trail Races

This will be the 3rd year of this event.

Brutal. Beautiful. Two Bold Trail Races in the Camden Hills. The Wicked Tough 10 is a 10K race that will test even the most accomplished runner. It’s big brother, the Megunticook 50, is a 50K that is equally formidable and will traverse over 90% of the trails in the Camden Hills State Park. Both afford a great and intimate taste of this unique area of the country. The 50k caps out at 150 and the 10k caps out at 100 racers. Racers come from across the country to race and spend a weekend in our beautiful piece of the world. Race Day is September 10, 2022.

Ragged Mountain Scuttle

Obstacle course race on the Kuller trail at the Camden (Maine) Snow Bowl. The distance is roughly 5k.

The Scuttle is an annual community event challenging participants physically, while making a positive impact at a local level. Each year hundreds of families, friends, and business colleagues from around Maine come together and tackle the course while having fun to support local causes.

The course offers a variety of natural and man-made obstacles on a trail with plenty of elevation gain. The majority of the event is on the Kuller trail, an intermediate level trail. The trail does have some steep pitches and climbs 500 feet. The course distance may vary due to the layout of the obstacles – based on weather and terrain conditions the week of the event. Race day is Sept 17, 2022
